Xpressway Business Park

THE SCHEME

Xpressway Business Park is located in an extremely accessible location adjacent to the A38 Devon Expressway near Chudleigh and benefits from detailed planning consent to develop 10,750 Sq Ft (1,000 Sq M) of light industrial / business accommodation (inclusive of mezzanine floors).

TIMING

The first phase is due to completion at the end of July 2010. The second phase will follow after however, the opportunity exists for construction of the second phase to be ‘fast tracked’ if pre-commitments are made.

TENURE

The units will be available to rent on new effectively full repairing and insuring leases on flexible terms to be agreed. Information on quoting rentals are available from the agents.
